To greet you our Assistant Service Managers bring a total 94 years of caring for our Lexus guests.  While your car's maintenance is being completed, you will leave in one of our fleet of 120 new Lexus loaner vehicles.

Our value-priced service is regularly checked every 90 days to ensure that you receive a competitive edge in maintaining your Lexus.

You can count on us every weekday from 7:00a to 7:00p and Saturday 8:00a to 5:00p.

Lexus First Class Service

On top of the pure enjoyment that comes with owning a new Lexus, you can also look forward to a unique and uncompromising level of after-sales service provided by Lexus known as the Lexus First Class Service Concept.

Receive your first two scheduled maintenance services at no charge when you bring your new Lexus to Park Place. The first service at 1,000 miles includes an under the hood visual inspection, a vehicle walk around and Personalized Vehicle Setting Adjustment, if necessary. The second inspection for your Lexus at 5,000 miles includes a change of engine oil and oil filter.
 
Lexus Service Experience and Training
 
Lexus and Park Place both believe in providing luxury car owners with a level of ownership satisfaction that’s unmatched and dedication to service that’s incomparable. To achieve this, all new Lexus Parts and Service managers must complete at least a two-year training program in automotive studies. They’re also professionally certified by Lexus in Automotive Management. This industry-leading initiative sets forth a new standard for service quality.
